Alexa was born on August 9th, 1991 in Columbus, Ohio. After turning 5, she started showing a deep interest in sports. Since then, Bliss got a taste of different sports like Gymnastics, Kickboxing, Softball and Track.

Now coming to the foremost subject, Bliss's wrestling career got off the ground after she signed a developmental contract with the WWE in May 2013.

Shortly after that, she made her first-ever appearance at the July 24th 2013 episode of NXT, along with a group of fellow female wrestlers to praise then newly crowned NXT women's champion, Paige.

Two months later, Alexa finally got her debut match at an NXT live event, on 20th September 2013. It was a 6 women tag team match where Bliss's team was unsuccessful in picking up the victory.

Had an eating disorder named 'Anorexia'

Alexa had a hard time in her teenage life when she suffered from Anorexia, an eating disorder where you avoid eating even in minimal amount, in fear of gaining weight. Litte Miss Bliss was just 15 years old when she was diagnosed with it!

Her first career wasn't in pro-wrestling

Preceding her achieving name and fame in WWE, Alexa was trying her luck in the competitive world of fitness competitions. And guess what? She went on to win the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro card within a year in 2011.

Alexa very much adores her bodybuilding days as she believes it assisted her in coping up with her disorder.

Love for animals

Like most others, The Goddess too has a soft corner for animals and is an owner of a cute pet pig named Larry Steve. She also have  pet dogs as well! Cute, isn't?

Bliss did her high school education from the Hilliard Davidson High School where she was a cheerleader as well.

Following her study at the University of Akron, she gained the highest level of intercollegiate athletics status, i.e Division I.

During those days, she made it to the cover page of American Cheerleaders Magazine in 2008.

Favourite wrestlers

Growing up in the beautiful city of Columbus, WWE's "Wicked Witch" did love to watch wrestling. She looked up to wrestling legends such as Rey Mysterio and Trish Stratus as a kid.

While being an NXT superstar, Alexa actually made a disguised appearance at "The Grandest Stage of Them All", Wrestle Mania (30), during HHH's royal entrance.

She would then had her first on-air, television in-ring debut match on May 8th 2014 episode of NXT, where she won against Alicia Fox. Bliss portrayed a face gimmick during that time until NXT Takeover, which took place in May 2015.

In that pay-per-view, she would form an alliance with the team of Murphy and Wesley Blake by distracting their opponents, The Sawft.

In fact, The trio remained active almost till Alexa's NXT departure for the blue brand, Smackdown. During the entire time of their association, everyone would play the role of a stooge for one another.

Her biggest rival back then was then NXT Women's Champion, Bayley, with whom Bliss fought numerous times but lost, especially for the title.

Summing up, her whole run at NXT wasn't productive when it comes to championship wins, as she didn't get one!

But popularity-wise, it did bear fruit for her! Even as a heel, fans would still root and cheer for her. Well, that's the magic of Little Miss Bliss's extraordinary persona!

Alexa was sent to "The Land of Opportunities" i.e, Smackdown Live through WWE draft on 19th July 2016. Coincidently, she debuted on 9th August, which was her 25th birthday. Bliss defeated her NXT acquaintance, Becky Lynch on that night.

Since her beginning days in Smackdown, Bliss had that great push, which ultimately led her very first title win in December 2016, when she prevailed Becky at TLC.

Bliss reached the pinnacle of her career at Smackdown after she beat Becky Lynch (Yeah, literally ONCE again!) for Smackdown Women's Championship on February 21, 2019.

That win cemented her legacy even further, as she became the first women to hold the championship twice!

At Raw, Alexa a.k.a "The Five Feet of Fury" was one of the prominent faces to lead the line of the entire women's division. As a matter of fact, she won the Raw women's championship in just 20 days, since her arrival on the brand! (2017)

Thereafter, she was again able to grab the coveted prize two more times, making her the second woman with most reigns, just after Sasha Banks and Charlotte.

Bliss presently wrestles at Smackdown since her trade from Monday Night Raw in October 2019, accompanied by Nikki Cross. She also hosts her own humorous, as well as sarcastic talk show, 'A Moment of Bliss' that often gets heated up pretty quickly!

She was featured in a song that was created by one of her favourite bands, 'Bowling for Soup' in January 2020.

At the moment, Alexa and Nikki Cross have dethroned the former Raw Women's Tag Team Champions, The Kabuki Warriors at Wrestle Mania 36.
